The market for professionally qualified drivers is becoming increasingly tight, and FTS Hatswell created a new venture with the help of a long established training company. Through this new organisation we are able to offer training for LGV (Large Goods Vehicles, the new name for HGV), driver assesment services for both car and commercial vehicles, fork lift truck training and many other service including hazardous goods.
Our most popular courses include training in a Class C rigid, which can be accomplished within one week. This is the equivalent to the old Class 2 HGV licence. Following successful completion of class C, we can then provide training for the full C + E entitlement which gives the right to drive any articulated vehicle.
